    Nope! exercises have regressions and the training app gives you access to a chat where you can ask me training questions. The program is appropriate for most players U18+
  • Is there coaching or feedback?
    Yes. You’ll get access to ask questions and get support directly from me throughout the program.
  • How do i access the program?
    The program is delivered through our Train Heroic Training app so you can access and track the workouts directly from your smart phone
  • will it work for me? Im not sure its worth the money.
    This is exact training thats used by 100's of elite hockey players from NHL, AHL, PWHL and MANY European pro leagues. It has worked for all our clientele up to this point and we're continually improving it so I'm VERY confident it will work for you
  • What will I need for equipment?
    99% of regular gyms gyms will have the equipment you need. (i.e. Trap bar, Barbell, DB's, Bands, Plyo Boxes) any exercises needing specialty equipment have alternative options
